Hands down EASILY the best taco truck in concord. The people are very kind. Food comes out in a timely matter & the portions are GREAT! & everything taste delicious. You can not go wrong with anything here. 5/5⭐

Absolutely delicious. First time trying and I rate it a 10/10. Authentic Mexican Food! Me and my husband will never go to a regular mexican restaurant again. Very delicious. Steak Birria Tacos! The soup was absolutely delicious.

Best Authentic Mexican food I've ever eaten. It's so good that I ordered an additional five other orders for others to try, and this is my spot from here out. Caroline and her husband are amazing and professional, and their food speaks volumes to say, made with love. I recommend TAQUERIA EL GAVILAN D.F. Even their sanitation score is keen! A God send I tell ya... You go get some, I bet you won't go anywhere else. I had chicken tacos with a side of rice and pintos honey child. I was happy as all get out! My pictures do this food, no justice. Mmmmmmmmboy!

The tacos and tortas here are really good! Handmade tortillas and great sauces. Worth the drive from Charlotte. Will be back soon!

YESSSS, it’s a Food Truck w/100 rating!!! They are doing amazingly well, hack better than these darn restaurants. They are fresh and the food was so good . I’ve never had Brirra tacos and I googled some locations… this came highly recommended. Even though they where 30 minutes from me, I live good food the Owner was really hospitable and recommended some great food choices. The potions were great and the condiments were fresh and plentiful. I’d definitely recommend. They get really busy. The owner suggested calling ahead especially since I live a distance. Oh, did I mention the dishes was LOADED with meat.(I did add a $1 worth of extra meat to meat taco) Forgot to mention … Cash Only

Absolutely delicious birria! They're generous with the onions and cilantro, and the consomé was served as a soup which was a nice surprise. Amazing flavors all around, plus a 99 health rating on a food truck?!

Had the Quesabirria tacos with chicken today after not visiting for over a year (no reason) and I almost shed a tear it was so good. Like one of the best meals I’ve EVER had and now I will likely be having this at least twice per month. 12/10
